Fani-Kayode Detention Suit, Dismissed By Court

A fundamental human rights enforcement suit filed by former Minister of Aviation, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode for his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in May 9, 2016, has being dismissed by a High Court at Abuja on Wednesday.



 The Judge in charge, Justice Olukayode Adeniyi held it that the detention was not illegal, since it was backed by court order.
