Obesity indeed also known as  overweight is a condition in which the fats in the body become accumulated due to its excesses. obesity might be seen as an evidence of enjoyment or well being but ironically it increases the chances of the victim to have diseases such as diabetes, heart related diseases and suffer a disease called OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA.

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF OBESITY ?

* It is caused by excessive consumption of energy food.

* Hereditarily : it could inherited by a parent, grandparent or great grandparent.

* Taking medications to boost your weight.


  obese people consume greater energy than thin people.

WHAT ARE THE SOLUTIONS TO OBESITY ?

*        CONSTANT AND VIGOROUS EXERCISE : This indeed has been the tesstimony of many obese patients. Many might say it does not work but it does as far as ou do it constantly especially JOGGING.

* MORE OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES : This goes a long way in turning around the entire system of a human whether obese or normal because it protects tthe body system from sickness and dieases and keeps the the body in its normal state.

* TAKING ANT-OBESE DRUGS AND TEA : Personally I do not recommend this but just in case the options mentioned above didn''t work with you, then you can try ths there are host of herbal tea and drugs to be taken as prescribed.
