SIMPLE EXERCISES TO DO THIS MORNING

It is true that exercises helps improve the body system. Below are just a simple 5 exercises you can do to help your body system :

1. Jogging :

This can be done on the road and helps in all round development of the body system.

2. Press-up


This is done lifting up your whole body with your arm.

3. Frog's jump


This seems weird but it goes a long way in developing your heels.

4. Hand swinging and stretching :


This is self explanatory,  it just to help your system get back to its normal shape.

5. Calf raise :


This means lifting up yourself from the ground level in slow motion.
