VITAMIN C AS AN IMMUNE BOOSTER

 Vitamin C is one of those essential nutrients needed by the body, which helps in boosting the immune system. Vitamins are not produced in the body and so therefore cannot be stored in the system.One needs to include it in our daily diet.They are ingested into the body system as ascorbic acids.
