He Is Aware but Just Tell Him
Yes, God is aware of everything that happens everywhere and to everyone, of course He is Omnipresent. He knows our every situation and knows our ability and disability.
But you have to tell Him yourself, to show that you have acknowledged Him. You can't be passing through problems and just expect God to act without telling Him what you want.
In the book of Matthew 7:7 It says "ASk and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you;" which means that you should request from God and He will give you.
