 Vegetables are very important source of many nutrients to the body, it really plays a major role in improving our health. Studies has shown that those who usually have the intake of vegetables at about 7 times or more in a day, have up to 40% less risk of dying from any disease or sickness, compared to those who eat less than once. You see how wonderful vegetables are ?
 In Nigeria many households cook vegetables, which is not supposed to be so. Vegetables are supposed to face little or no heat, so that you could benefit from it's nutritional value.
