Federal, State and Local Governments Shared 299.7 Billion in March- Says FG

 According to a statement by the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Mahmud Dutse at the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) meeting in Abuja, he said a total of N 299.7 billion was shared among the federal government, states and also local governments for the month of March.
 This indicates that the revenue for March was less than that of February because February's allocation was N 338.765 billion. Mr. Dutse said the fall in revenue was due to shut-in and shut-down of oil production for repairs and maintenance which continued during the period.
