 The Dangote Foundation, owned by Africa's Richest Man Aliko Dangote, has on Thursday started  the disbursement of N400 million micro-grant to 40,000 women in all local governments in Lagos state.
 According to them; it is to cushion the effect of the present economic hikes.
 The disbursement started on Thursday and so far, six states have benefited from the foundation's programme, according to a statement by the spokesperson for the foundation, 10 billion Naira has being spent by the foundation so far, since the establishment in 1993.
