Facebook and Microsoft, Lays Down Massive Data Cables Beneath The Atlantic Ocean

 Facebook and Microsoft, the two tech giants, have started the project of laying down data cables right from Virginia in the US to Bilbao in Spain, and the length of the cable would be about 6,600 Kilometres.

 According to them, this would provide up t 160 terabits per second of bandwidth (which is about 16 million times, the speed of normal internet connection).
 With this development, it will allow the two tech firms to efficiently move large amounts of information between many computer data centres and network hubs that displays their popular online services.
