Lagos Police Nabs Two Brothers Spending Fake Notes

The Lagos State :Police has arrested two brothers named Hope and Ifeanyi Ihesaba for allegedly using fake Naira notes.

 The two were arrested from Oluwakemi Street, in Ojodu Lagos on Saturday.
 According to a statement by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police (CP) Fatai Oweseni, the two were arrested by "the Ishen Police Division on Saturday."
 The Commissioner of police said that the Police got the info from a trader in which one of them spent a fake N1,000 at her store.
 But Hope denied the allegations during confession by saying "I don't produce fake Naira notes, I have an Igbo friend  who does that. His name is Odiyi, and he sells in a market in Aba."
 The 33 year old Hope, said he gave Odiyi N28,000 real money and Odiyi gave him N80,000 fake note. But he collected the 80K "to help himself," Hope confessed.
 He added "I gave my brother part of the money. He in turn gave some to two of his friends."
 The Police Force added that they would go after the named Odiyi who prints the fake cash.
