How A Lebanese Man duped Lagos People of N170 million, and Got away With It

The Lagos State Police Command has launched a manhunt of a Lebanese man who is a Burea de Change Operator that allegedly defrauded his  Lagos customers of $487,700 (N170 million approx) in Victoria Island, Lagos.

 The Lagos men brought in $487,700 for him to change to Naira currency, the Lebanese collected the money and lied he was going to a certain bank to get the Naira equivalent and he took the money and flee.



 The men waited for hours but didn't see him, and they went to the bank he said he was going to, and he was not there, he however duped them.
