INEC Officially Gives Mr. Uche Ogah Certificate Of Return To Emerge As Abia Governor

The Independent National electoral Commission (INEC), has issued a Certificate of return to Mr. Uche Ogah for him to emerge as the executive Governor of Abia State.

 This came up, after court sacked the siting Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu over false tax information during his election primaries.
