Mr. Ikpeazu Says He is Still The Governor Abia State, Despite INEC's Certificate To Uche Ogah

 Pending Abia State Governor, Mr. Okezie Ikpeazu has openly reacted to INEC's issuance of certificate to Uche Ogah, saying that he is still the governor of Abia State.

 He said his appeal is still pending that no one may be issued a certificate of return, let alone be sworn in as governor, when there is a substisting appeal application for stay.
