7 Year Old Arraigned For Alleged Murder With Gun

The Enugu State Police has on Friday arraigned a 7 year old boy named Chibuike Miracle Oramalu for allegedly committing murder.




 The Primary two pupil, Chibuike, committed the act on May 29, as he mistakenly fired a gun that killed a 12 year old, named Oluebule Boniface.


 This happened at the Independence Layout area of Enugu.
 According to Punch, the gun he used belonged to one Mr. Edwin Oforma, who employed the 7 year old boy's mother to be working as a housemaid in his house.



 Chibuike discovered the gun in Mr. Oforma's room when he was instructed to go and tidy the room,by Mr. Oforma's son named Chukwunanu.
 The boy was detained by the Police, between May 30 till July 13, when he was released and then he was arraigned on Friday before an Enugu Magistrate Court, over alleged conspiracy and murder.
