The Delta State Government has stated that they are making plans to immortalize the late former Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi.




 The Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro revealed this when he gave a speech at the funeral mass of the late football legend at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Illah.
