EFCC To Arraign 2, Over Alleged $530,000 Worth Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) has made plans to arraign two named, Samnu Umar Ta' ambu and Ahmed Maturare of Kantin Kwari textile market for allegedly using the Kano State government to collect textile materials worth $530,000.




 According to NTA, the two induced a Swiss National, named Mathias Heem who owns Okutex Ag to provide the materials.



 Justice Dije Abok gave a ye, after hearing the argument on the application for leave to prefer charge againsts the suspects by EFCC counsel A.T Habib. He therefore adjourned the case till 5, October 2016 for arraignment
