How 15 Inmates Escaped From Nsukka Prison

The inmates allegedly broke out from their cells and used the fence to escape late on Tuesday night.
A source said "before prison officials on night duty knew what was happening about 15 inmates had escaped."
The Controller of Prison Lawrence Okonkwo confirmed the incident by saying "Yes there was a jailbreak last night in Nsukka prison but I am not in a position to say how many prisoners escaped.
"We are expecting the Enugu state Prisons Controller Mr. Isaiah Amariri in Nsukka Prison service, so that we brief him on what happened last night."
Some officials of the Nigeria Prisons Service were partly seen in Nsukka looking for the inmates that escaped on Tuesday night and so far only two had being found.
