Kidnapped Lagos King Has Being Released

A Lagos Monarch the Oniba of Ibaland, Oba Goriola Oseni who was kidnapped by some gunmen over three weeks ago has being released.

 He was released from his abductors on Saturday night, this was confirmed by the Police Public relations Officer (PPRO), Dapo Badmos.

 According to a statement by the Oba's son Kabiu Oseni "He came in around 7 pm. He just walked into the community. He came in through a jetty."

 The 74 year old monarch was abducted on the 16th of July 2016 and his abductors initially asked for N500 million before he would be released.

 But his family members according to source, did not reveal the exact amount that was used to secure the release of  the monarch but he came back hale and hearty.
