SHOCKING: 13 Gets Injured in Explosion at Catholic Church during Christmas Eve


No fewer than 13 persons have being reportedly injured during Christmas Eve after an explosion occurred via a police car outside a Catholic Church in Southern Philippines.
 The disaster occurred as at the time worshippers attended a series of Christmas masses at the Archdiocesan Shrine of Santo Nino.
 According to Father Jay Virador, a priest who was present at the scene said “The communion was ongoing when the explosion took place.”
 The regional police spokesman, Superintendent Romeo Galgo confirmed the incident but could not specify the device that caused the explosion.
 A police officer said “It seems they wanted to get closer but due to heavy security, they opted to throw explosives at the police car blocking the road.”
