US Commences Implementation of Donald Trump's order To Detain arrivals from Islamic Countries
As early as Friday night, after the US president
Donald Trump ordered the halting of Muslim arrivals, the airport officials had immediately
started the implementation of Trump's order to suspend entry of all refugees to
the United States for 120 days and indefinitely halt the admission of refugees
from Syria.
The order also bans entry into the United States for
travelers from seven Muslim countries including Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya,
Somalia and Yemen for 90 days.
The move
makes good on one of Donald Trump's most controversial campaign promises, when
he promised to stem immigration from various Muslim countries which he insists,
pose a terror threat to the United states and to subject future arrivals to
extreme vetting.
