Nigeria’s Super Eagles Still Retain 41st Position in Latest FIFA Rankings



The latest FIFA rankings released on Thursday has it that the Super Eagles are still retaining the 41st in the world rankings.
Nigeria had finished February in the same position and played no games between the last rankings and the current one.

The Eagles also retain their seventh place in Africa, behind Egypt, Senegal, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Tunisia and Congo DR.
Gernot Rohr’s men will play Senegal and Burkina Faso in international friendly matches later this month and will be hoping to use the games to garner points.

Argentina remained the highest-ranked team in the world, Brazil in second place and Germany retain their third spot.
