Transfer news: Barcelona ‘agrees’ personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain star
Barcelona
have ‘agreed’ personal terms with Paris Saint-Germain star, Adrien Rabiot.
Rabiot,
whose contract with PSG will expire next summer, has been a long-standing
interest for the Blaugrana.
El Mundo
Deportivo had reported last week that Barcelona general manager, Pep Segura and
technical secretary, Eric Abidal had met with PSG officials over a potential
deal for the midfielder.
However,
Diario Sport is now reporting that the Catalan club have agreed personal terms
with the 23-year-old and claimed that PSG would sanction a deal at around
€40million.
Rabiot was
excluded from France’s 2018 FIFA World Cup squad this summer.
His country
national team, however, went on to win the World Cup in Russia after beating
Croatia 4-2 in the final last weekend.
