Truly speaking Dr. Betta Edu has done extremely well and deserves to be promoted.

But contrary to Abang Ogon's thinking, the promotion of Betta should not and cannot neither will it in any way lead to the demotion of a commissioner who have also proven her worth with several achievements to her record.

We have a case of one person who has mastered the dynamics and skills of media courting and another who believe her works should speak for her even without courting the media.

In my judgment both are partners in Progress, Dr. Inyang Asibong and Dr. Betta Edu have partnered together to give the health sector a face lift while they bring healthcare closer to the people.

They both deserve promotion. But one thing is certain the promotion of the one will not lead to the demotion of another.

Let's not be political with everything, there are several ways of promoting a person, office of the commissioner is not the heights office in the land. Have we forgotten that the governor can recommend any of his citizens for a national or international job?

And above all Promotion comes from the Lord and not man. The promotion of Dr. Asibong will not lead to the demotion of Dr. Edu and vice verse.
